About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Graybar. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and growing customer relationships, selling Company products and services, and meeting or exceeding assigned annual sales and margin budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow customer accounts through effective sales and marketing strategies
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively, providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
- Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings to stay informed about Company products and services
- Meet or exceed assigned annual sales and margin budgets, driving business growth and revenue
Requirements:
- Ability to negotiate and be persuasive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Work independently and within a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- 5+ years of relevant experience required, with a strong track record of sales success
- 4-year degree preferred, with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field
- Ability to travel on a limited basis, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs
