As a seasoned Sales Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team driving business development for Nelson Connects. Our mission is to empower small to medium-sized businesses with cutting-edge Internet solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline of local small business owners eligible for our SMB service
  • Plan and execute customer acquisition events targeting small business owners
  • Conduct daily sales calls to new and existing leads, leveraging your exceptional communication skills
  • Identify sales opportunities and barriers, and develop strategies to overcome them
  • Build relationships with local businesses, educating them on our SMB service and its benefits
  • Represent Nelson Connects at local business functions and events
  • Update our CRM system with customer information, conversion status, and notes
  • Escalate customer concerns to our local leadership team

Your Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or 2 years of relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of direct sales and cold calling experience with proven results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible schedule
  • A reliable vehicle with a good driving record
