Administrative Services Leadership Position

Director of Administrative Services
Lincoln Tech seeks a skilled leader to oversee administrative operations and drive strategic vision forward. As the Director of Administrative Services, you will be responsible for guiding staff and faculty with clarity and timeliness, ensuring compliance with policies while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
This position collaborates closely with the Campus President to create a positive work environment where everyone thrives. Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and administering the campus budget
- Maintaining accurate inventory and purchasing records for the school bookstore
- Scheduling classes and room assignments, and preparing attendance rosters for each module
- Coordinating with the Education Department to ensure timely updating of student enrollment status
- Ensuring the school's compliance with SEVIS activity
- Monitoring campus-level Human Resources and Benefits activities
- Developing the program calendar and deadlines to ensure program activities can be completed within established timeframes
- Supporting the hiring and onboarding of faculty for the program
- Leading efforts to drive greater efficiency through recommended process improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of related experience
- Expertise in cash collection, inventory, revenue recognition, bookstore management, and payroll
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, database software, and Internet research
