Job Title: Regional Operations Manager

As a Regional Operations Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, you will be responsible for leading the operational strategy and development of Regional Managers and Retail Territory Managers within the Northern Division. This role will involve ensuring operational excellence and execution within the Division, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve Market manager Business Acumen and foster partnerships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales results and improve market share
  • Lead the development and execution of sales plans and strategies for the Northern Division
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges and opportunities
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Regional Managers and Retail Territory Managers
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years sales and management experience
  • Strong understanding of the retail industry and sales strategies
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
