Job Title: Regional Safety Manager

Brink's is seeking a highly skilled Regional Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our safety team, you will be responsible for promoting a proactive safety culture, reducing risks, and ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example to promote a safety culture focused on incident prevention and risk reduction.
  • Analyze regional safety data to prioritize action based on areas with the highest frequency and risk.
  • Review and investigate all vehicle and employee injury-related incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Communicate and assist with claims data gathering for corporate risk and safety.
  • Partner with regional training to evaluate current and future training needs.
  • Perform frequent site safety audits to identify hazardous conditions, areas for improvement, and non-compliant equipment and processes.
  • Develop and implement solutions to eliminate exposure to risks and prevent injuries.
  • Assist in the delivery of training to employees to drive compliance with OSHA regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • General knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and FMCSA regulations
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 years' experience managing others
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field
  • Professional certification in safety management
