Job Overview

Compensation: $16.50 per hour

ROLE SUMMARY:

The HR Recruitment Associate will oversee various tasks associated with onboarding new personnel. Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to: participating in job fairs, enhancing the visibility of Chrysalis within the community, innovating strategies to broaden our candidate pool, contacting applicants to arrange interviews, conducting interviews, executing background and reference verifications, and administering drug tests for potential hires. This role may also entail additional administrative responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. A lively and engaging demeanor is essential. Strong organizational capabilities are a must. Proficiency in clerical and office tasks is required. Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Office, and other fundamental office applications is expected. Excellent public relations abilities are essential. Good judgment and the capacity to manage high-pressure situations are crucial. The ability to interact positively and efficiently with all employees and potential hires is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience or equivalent education in business promotion and employee recruitment.
  • Outstanding computer and organizational skills.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts on various topics.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations, with the ability to engage with staff positively.
  • Excellent public relations skills.
