At Strategic Resolution Experts (SRE), we provide Organizational Transformation Services to the federal Government through Strategy, Human Capital, Leadership Development, Coaching, Facilitation, and Organizational Change Management. Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to ascertain staffing requirements and delineate job specifications for professional services positions.
  • Formulate and execute recruitment strategies to draw a diverse array of qualified candidates.
  • Identify candidates through multiple avenues, including job boards, social media, networking functions, and employee referrals.
  • Evaluate resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and arrange meetings with hiring managers.
  • Oversee the interview process, coordinating with candidates and interviewers, while providing constructive feedback to all involved.
  • Conduct reference checks and facilitate background investigations as necessary.
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: drafting job descriptions, creating interview questions, and participating in both initial screenings and panel interviews.
  • Negotiate employment offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with the organization's compensation framework and market standards.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective candidates for future vacancies.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with potential candidates, professional associations, and educational institutions to build a strong network.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey by providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and employment regulations.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment workflow and ensure precise record-keeping.
  • Engage in employer branding initiatives to bolster the organization's reputation as a preferred employer.
  • Conduct analyses and develop recommendations regarding diversity sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Provide training and knowledge sharing to recruiters and hiring managers on methods for sourcing and recruiting diverse candidates.
  • Leverage social platforms and online recruitment resources to enhance brand visibility while identifying and attracting a diverse pool of qualified talent.
  • Enhance our national and regional diversity partnerships and initiatives through innovative methodologies that promote brand awareness, talent generation, and sustainable talent pipelines.
  • Identify and participate in local and national recruitment events.
  • Manage overall program, project, and relationship dynamics with external national organizations and institutions.
  • Identify key organizations for relationship development and implement engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across SRE to advance key priorities and broad initiatives aimed at expanding our diversity pipeline.
  • Lead and drive select strategic initiatives with program management efforts to achieve significant outcomes, including increasing the pipeline of underrepresented groups such as minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities.
  • Support cross-functional teams with essential skills to facilitate critical achievements and project successes.
  • Advise SRE leadership on communication opportunities pertinent to programs and initiatives.
  • Identify and utilize new and existing job boards and other sourcing strategies/resources to attract and assist with onboarding diverse talent; manage and track results/outcomes, including interviews, hires, and feedback.
  • Demonstrate the ability to create solutions independently and guide others through transitions.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Must be a US Citizen and Clearable.
  • Travel is required to recruitment events across the U.S. a minimum of 25% of the time.
Qualifications

Education:
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in human resources, communications, business, or a related field.

• Ability to resolve problems involving multiple options.
• Capacity to apply sound judgment and high analytical skills when evaluating candidates for target positions.
• Understanding of HR concepts, particularly in staffing processes, internal HR policies, employment law, and interviewing techniques or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.
• Experience with Internet software, HR information systems (HRIS), and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Basic knowledge of human resource functions such as compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, and training and development.
• Decisions made with an understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve results and meet deadlines.
• Responsible for adhering to external and internal program guidelines and deadlines.

Experience:
• Requires a minimum of five years of experience in recruiting a diverse workforce and engaging organizations and stakeholders to advance diversity and inclusion initiatives, particularly within underserved and underrepresented communities.
• Experience in recruiting from college/university career programs.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $100,000 per year. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. SRE considers various factors in making compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other organizational needs. Additionally, SRE complies with all state and federal regulations regarding salary to ensure adherence to applicable labor laws. The displayed estimate represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one aspect of SRE's total compensation package for employees.
