Job Responsibilities

This position is critical for ensuring operational excellence within the Talent Acquisition Team. The Coordinator will manage the entire hiring process, utilizing best HR practices and innovative strategies to ensure effective talent acquisition.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition, this role is responsible for coordinating daily activities related to talent acquisition and position management for all full-time Classified and Professional positions, as well as part-time roles at CSN. The Coordinator will serve as the primary recruiter for Salary Grade D level and above positions.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and managing the full recruitment cycle to meet staffing needs and attract top talent.
  • Supporting the Assistant Director with classification and reclassification processes.
  • Assisting with the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) for employees and candidates.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
  • 3-4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • 1 year of supervisory or lead experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
  • 2 years of experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Strong technological skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and ATS.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • PHR/SPHR Certification.
  • Experience in HR within higher education.
  • Experience in job classification and evaluations.
  • 3-4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
