Role Summary

The Customer Care Specialist I - V+ acts as a vital connection between AppFolio and our clients, representing our brand and cultivating loyalty within the property management sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients through various communication channels to maintain relationships and ensure the effective handling of requests related to our Screening & FolioGuard services.
  • Provide outstanding service to existing clients utilizing our Screening & Guard solutions.
  • Educate clients on best practices to enhance their experience and drive service adoption.
  • Relay valuable feedback directly to our Product Development team based on client interactions.
Qualifications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to response time expectations.
  • Highly organized with effective task and queue management skills.
  • Clear and concise communication skills with team members, management, and clients via phone, chat, and email.
  • Open to feedback and committed to learning from experiences.
  • Strong relationship-building capabilities with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.
Essential Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
Compensation & Benefits

The expected hourly wage for this position is $25.50. The actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including the candidate's skills, education, and experience.
