Position Summary:
Aon is seeking a Client Services Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an updated internal content management system for client benefit program oversight.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external resources as necessary for the implementation and upkeep of client benefit programs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for enhancements related to process efficiency.
  • Assist both internal and external team members/clients in troubleshooting application-related issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact and liaison between internal and external teams as required.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of business rules and application functionalities for our service lines, ensuring team decisions and designs adhere to established parameters.
Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in business operations or sales operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in technology, particularly Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
  • High self-motivation with the ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant industry experience.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $48,000 annually.

The actual salary will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.

The salary may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.
