Daily Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an updated internal content management system for client benefit program oversight.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources as necessary for the implementation and upkeep of client benefit programs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for enhancements related to process efficiency.
  • Assist both internal and external team members/clients in troubleshooting application issues.
  • Serve as a point of contact and liaison between internal and external teams as required.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of business rules and application capabilities for our service lines, ensuring that team decisions and designs adhere to established parameters.
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in business operations or sales operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in technology, particularly Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Power BI, and SQL.

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant industry experience.
Compensation:
  • The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $48,000 annually. Actual compensation will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
  • Compensation may also be adjusted based on the applicant's geographic location.
