About the Job

Privia Medical Group - Gulf Coast is seeking a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various front office tasks, including appointment scheduling, insurance verification, check-in and check-out, phones, referrals, and medical records.

Main Responsibilities
- Greet patients in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of customer service principles and departmental expectations regarding customer service
- Show concern for patient problems and ensure the comfort of the patient while waiting to be registered or seen by the provider
- Check in patients, document demographic, insurance, and financial information, and collect co-payments, co-insurance, or patient balances
- Meet daily collection goals, batch and balance all monies and transactions entered in the system, and confirm petty cash balances

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and phone skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and complete priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills

Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this role is between $35,000 and $45,000 per year, depending on factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
