Vestas Office Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Vestas Office Administrator to support our global operations.
About the Job:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify best practices and implement process improvements across all procurement activities.
- Guide process implementation, system implementation, and ensure change management as a PEX Partner in Global Procurement module teams.
- Assist in coordinating travel arrangements for the Management Team, including flight arrangements, hotel, and rental car arrangements for both domestic and international travel.
- Organize meetings, book conference rooms, take and distribute minutes from meetings, and arrange food for lunch/dinner meetings when needed.
- Create and maintain database and spreadsheet files, and put together presentations (PowerPoint) for the Management team.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Timely, professional, and quality completion of responsibilities, interacting frequently with others in a professional and courteous manner, and flexibility with daily tasks and changing priorities.
