About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Primoris Engineering in Houston. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 5+ years of professional office experience, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming visitors, directing them to the right person or department
  • Taking phone calls, transferring callers as needed, or taking messages
  • Maintaining office supplies, including inventory management
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Managing office key cards, tracking their usage
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes when necessary
  • Maintaining professional communication with colleagues and clients
  • Performing general office duties like filing, copying, receiving deliveries, and sorting mail
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $55,000 and $65,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
