About the Role:As a Sales Specialist at EverestDX, you will play a crucial role in lead generation, customer engagement, sales presentations, managing sales cycles, and achieving sales targets. You will drive revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building with potential customers in the US market.
Responsibilities:- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research and cold calling. Build a robust pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to engage with prospects and understand their business needs. Effectively communicate the value proposition of EverestDX products/services.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. Address customer queries and objections to facilitate the sales process.
- Sales Cycles: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Sales Metrics: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in the CRM system.
- 6+ years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably in a US-based market. At least 2-3 years of experience in enterprise product selling with large ticket sizes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce/Navigator) is a plus.
