Role Summary:

We are looking for a proficient and experienced Foreman to lead our construction team. The Foreman will be responsible for managing and coordinating the construction crew's activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide a team of construction workers, offering support and direction.
  • Organize, plan, and coordinate daily operations to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all work activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the site to assess progress and quality.
  • Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise throughout the construction process.
  • Keep detailed records of project progress, materials utilized, and labor hours.
  • Mentor and train crew members, fostering a culture of safety and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory position within the underground utility construction sector.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications accurately.
  • Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and physical environments.
