Position Overview:
We are in search of a skilled Senior Construction Project Leader to become a vital part of our client's workforce. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience managing substantial projects and a successful history of collaboration within the Healthcare, Education (K-12, Higher Education), or Light Industrial sectors.


Essential Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; a College degree is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction, including at least 3 years in client-facing roles.
  • A BA/BS/AS or other accredited degree may substitute for up to 4 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and sales, including the acquisition, nurturing, and expansion of client relationships leading to successful project outcomes.
  • CHC Certification is required; Health Care Certification is a prerequisite.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Exhibit exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • A valid driver's license is required or must be obtained within 6 months.
  • Intermediate proficiency in various software applications, including Project Management tools (preferably ProCore), Microsoft Suite, and accounting software (preferably Sage). Ability to interpret cost spreadsheets, aging reports, and labor productivity reports.
  • Advanced knowledge in contract management, Requests for Information, Schedule of Values, preparation and modification of monthly billings, and development of bar chart schedules, including understanding of predecessors, successors, constraints, float, and lags.
  • Familiarity with AIA Contract(s): A401, A121, A111.
