Position Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager specializing in industrial refrigeration projects. This role involves the strategic planning and management of construction initiatives, ensuring optimal resource utilization to achieve client satisfaction, enhance productivity, and drive profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate logs for change orders, subcontractors, RFIs, and contingencies.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to implement the labor strategy effectively.
  • Develop Mechanical Schedules and Man Loading charts for all projects.
  • Deliver precise and timely estimates and change order proposals.
  • Engage with Purchasing and Fabrication teams to align on schedule, scope, and pricing.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the workplace.
  • Address customer needs to cultivate repeat business opportunities.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Familiarity with refrigeration systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Experience in creating and updating construction schedules (MS Project).
  • Ability to interpret plans and ISO drawings for material ordering and change order estimation.
  • Competence in managing procurement and logistics for timely delivery of project materials.
