Scheduling and Coordination:

  • Establish and manage project schedules, ensuring timely achievement of milestones and final project delivery.
  • Coordinate daily activities, subcontractor tasks, and material deliveries.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust timelines as necessary to accommodate changes.

Quality Control and Compliance:

  • Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or deviations from the established plan.
  • Maintain precise documentation and reports regarding project progress and compliance.

Team Leadership and Communication:

  • Lead and inspire project teams, including internal personnel and external subcontractors.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve conflicts or issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Relations:

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing regular updates on project status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
