We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team at KRUEGER, a 73-year-old industry leader. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing relationships with our existing 2,000 clients and new prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to our existing client base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Lead and supervise a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track daily activity and report on team performance.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, prioritizing recruiting, training, and leadership development.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities, with a passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and function well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. required.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly. If you are a self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a desire to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.
