The Senior Travel Booking Agent will be a key member of the Ten Group team, responsible for delivering exceptional travel experiences to our discerning clients. As a Luxury Travel Coordinator, you will be tasked with creating bespoke itineraries that exceed our clients' expectations, while also providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement high-end travel itineraries that meet the unique needs and preferences of our clients.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to secure the best possible rates and services for our clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, responding to their requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with the Global Teams to ensure that our clients receive a world-class experience, regardless of their destination.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Ten Group's supplier relationships, identifying new opportunities and partnerships that can enhance our services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while also maintaining high levels of member satisfaction and service quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, using this knowledge to enhance our services and improve our clients' experiences.

Requirements

  • Two to three years of experience in travel booking, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
  • Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including GDS systems and supplier relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
