Key Responsibilities
  • Process renewals, new business, cancellations, audits, and endorsement requests
  • Issue certificates of insurance as needed
  • Negotiate coverages and premiums with carriers
  • Provide accurate renewal proposals to producers
  • Check policy coverages, endorsements, and audits for accuracy
  • Invoice policies, audits, endorsements, cancellations, and other transactions
  • Assist producers, accounting, and clients in reconciling client accounts
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
  • Project a positive attitude toward company and team goals
  • Maintain excellent communication, attitude, and rapport with internal and external clients

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or five to seven years of related experience and/or training
  • P&C insurance agent license and responsibility for maintaining such license through continuing education
