  • Assist in the initiation of customer delivery processes at the warehouse
  • Engage in communication with both internal teams and external clients
  • Manage extensive telephone and email correspondence to address customer inquiries promptly and provide updates on any changes
  • Create daily customer order picks
  • Participate in entry-level material planning activities
  • Proactively seek solutions to discrepancies by investigating the source
  • Coordinate transportation scheduling for both routine and expedited services using customer and freight forwarding platforms

Administrative Duties:
filing, faxing, scanning

  • Ensure compliance with records retention policies as per Central Directives
  • Understand escalation processes and their significance
  • Employ problem-solving techniques such as the 5 Whys or 8D methodologies
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to provide support as needed
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned
This position operates during the second shift with flexibility in work hours as required.
