**Job Summary**

The Assistant Front Office Manager is a key member of the hotel team, responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our guests. As a seasoned professional in hotel operations, you will be the go-to person for handling transactions, providing local insights, and anticipating every detail of a friction-free experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Manage all aspects of the front office areas to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize hotel profitability

• Assist in overseeing the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments

• Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty

• Collaborate with the hotel team to ensure seamless communication and execution of hotel services

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and satisfaction surveys

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field

• 1-2 years of experience in front office or guest service, including management experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

• Proficiency in property management systems and other hotel software
