Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through check-in, check-out, and attentive coordination of hotel services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Register guests into the hotel in a prompt and courteous manner, using up-selling techniques to maximize room rates.
  • Guest Services: Coordinate with reservation center, book guest reservations, and prepare for group check-ins, check-outs, and VIP arrivals.
  • Communication: Handle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity, and answer and route calls as appropriate.
  • Sales and Marketing: Assist with sales and marketing efforts as directed by the General Manager.
  • Laundry and Housekeeping: Perform laundry functions as directed and ensure common area/lobby is clean.
  • Customer Service: Resolve minor guest complaints to the satisfaction of the customer, and inform supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances, or unhappy guests.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily paperwork, including cashing out, documenting all adjustments, miscellaneous postings, paid outs, charges, and check-outs.
Requirements
  • Education: Less than high school diploma; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
