About the Role

As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for the overall management of our community, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and services. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall resident experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve business objectives and improve resident outcomes
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional resident services and experiences
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Current license as an Assisted Living Director (LALD) in Minnesota required
  • Minimum two-year degree in business, geriatrics, health care, human services, or a related field required
  • Minimum of three years of progressive management experience, including at least two years of management in the senior living industry; or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Must be 21 years or older
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $95,000 - $120,000/year
  • Credit for experience will be given
