Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Program Manager in the Clearwater Analytics Finance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of accounting systems in the revenue process in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and finalize project/implementation scope.
  • Develop detailed implementation plans including internal, client, and third-party resourcing.
  • Manage and coordinate with internal, client, and third-party resources to ensure a successful, on-time, and quality implementation per plan.
  • Generate weekly status reports and hold weekly status meetings with client and project team.
  • Schedule and lead steering committee meetings with C-level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management.
  • Manage and report on budget for implementation.
  • Seek out, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements.
  • Serve as a trusted relationship manager responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and thorough responses to all client inquiries and a successful transition to the steady-state servicing team.
  • Be the bridge between various business stakeholders including our Client Servicing team, Sales team, and Development team.
  • Ability to run multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight.
  • Explores, trials, and provides trusted recommendations for the use of tools and technologies as use cases arise.
Required Skills:
  • Expert technical skills in JIRA, Excel, Clarizen, and Salesforce.
  • Financial services experience (Investment, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, etc).
  • Project management experience in a matrix reporting environment.
  • Investment accounting and reporting knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms and delivery models.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced and demonstrated use of Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • 9+ years of relevant project management and implementation experience working with external clients.
  • Proven experience implementing software solutions within Asset Management, Market Data, and/or Insurance space.
  • Consulting experience.
