Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Portfolio Management Team in the Digital Supply Chain department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and managing a structured centralized Portfolio management office for Global Supply Chain (GSC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive Supply Chain initiatives to achieve specific business metrics, goals, and objectives.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship to Supply Chain program managers and business process analysts.
  • Work closely with GSC leaders to ensure balance in allocation of resources.
  • Deploy and improve software in support of the Global Supply Chain's digital strategy.
  • Establish strong program governance methods to ensure project prioritization and sequencing.
  • Manage scope, budgets, and schedules across multiple workstreams.
  • Lead executive sponsor, core team, and customer review sessions and project status updates.
  • Implement processes, workflow, and tools to meet GSC program management needs.
  • Provide regular roadmap progress updates on key initiatives and dependencies.
  • Cross-departmental identification and management of program/project dependencies and key priorities.
  • Partner closely with IT to ensure smooth delivery of software and technology projects.
  • Develop a change management framework to ensure the human side of change is well managed.
  • Ensure business processes within GSC are managed in accordance with all requirements.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external ISO/IATF audits of GSC business processes globally.
  • Facilitate effective problem-solving efforts as customer/operational events arise.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in software program and project delivery, with a focus on ERP and Supply Chain systems.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain best practices, tools, and systems.
  • Understanding of program management methodologies (waterfall and Agile) and IT development lifecycles.
  • Experience with ERP and supply chain planning systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong communications skills with an ability to relate to all levels within the organization.
  • Innovative and tenacious with a willingness to drive business intelligence and value.
  • Ability to travel, both domestic and international, as needed to support job scope.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in a related field.
  • Certifications in Supply Chain Management, Program Management (PMP), and Change Management (PROSCI).
