About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a key member of our HR leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support the company's mission and vision.
  • Lead and manage HR teams to deliver high-quality services and support to employees and managers.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement organizational change initiatives that drive business results.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage HR budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing HR laws and regulations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through HR initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment law, labor law, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and senior leaders.
  • Ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically.
