About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Specialist to join our team at Charlesgate Apartments in Seattle, WA. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to grow their career with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day operations of the property
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of prior apartment management experience
  • Assistant management experience may be considered
  • HUD/Tax Credit experience
  • Great customer service, leadership, organization, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficiency with general office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Understanding and experience of LIHTC program
  • Experience Yardi accounting software preferred
  • Well-rounded apartment management skill set
  • Positive attitude and willingness to participate in a team environment
  • Consistent work history and verifiable references
  • Ability to pass drug/background and reference check
  • Valid driver's license
