Multifamily Property Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multifamily Property Maintenance Specialist to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. in Seattle, WA.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for residents.
This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $25-$27 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairing flooring, drywall, and appliances, as well as troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces, and clean common areas, including sweeping, mopping, and garden/yard upkeep.
- Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including NSPIRE, MOR, TCAC, CALFHA, and city regulations.
- Assist with unit turnover, performing maintenance inspections and repairs on vacant apartments to ensure proper operating conditions and appearance upon move-in.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within residential property management.
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; technical school and/or CAMT certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's driving standards and personal vehicle use policy.
- Ability to wear a respirator and have medical clearance for duty.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
