About the Role
This full-time leasing specialist position is based out of our main Fremont office but will travel frequently to multiple assigned buildings. The successful candidate will be a welcoming face and voice for prospective and current renters. They will oversee the resident life cycle from lead initiation to move-out and maintain a professional atmosphere in the leasing office and community.

The ideal candidate has minimum 2 years' experience in property management or a related field, some college preferred, and proficiency with productivity software including MS Office 365, Outlook, iPhones, Asana, Dropbox, Excel, Zillow, Apts.com, and Craigslist.
