Job Title: VP of HR Strategy

The Planet Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive strategic organizational change initiatives and develop a comprehensive multi-year people strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with executive leadership to assess change readiness and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement a change management framework to drive successful organizational change.
  • Lead change management workstreams for major initiatives, ensuring effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Cultivate relationships with HR Centers of Excellence, HR business partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand needs.
  • Work closely with the HR Leadership Team to build, communicate, and execute our 3-5 year HR strategy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, organizational development, or HR certification preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in technology, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical companies.
  • Expertise across multiple HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, HR business partnering, and total rewards.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to influence at executive levels.
