- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in technology, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical companies.
- Expertise across multiple HR disciplines, including talent management, organizational development, employee relations, HR business partnering, and total rewards.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, business acumen, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to influence at executive levels.
