Transforming Mental Health Support for Schools

Cartwheel is a pioneering startup dedicated to revolutionizing mental health services for students. As the VP of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial strategy and driving its growth. With a strong focus on collaboration and innovation, Cartwheel is reimagining the way schools approach mental health support.

About the Role
As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for building the finance function from the ground up, improving and maintaining the company's financial forecast, and overseeing accounting. You will also partner with the sales and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and support the company's Series B fundraise in 2025.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive financial strategy to drive Cartwheel's growth and success
  • Lead the finance function, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Partner with the sales and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Oversee accounting and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Support the company's Series B fundraise in 2025, maintaining key banking and investor relationships
