Learn to Swim Instructor Opportunity

WeAquatics is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Learn to Swim Instructor. In this role, you will play a key part in helping individuals of all ages and skill levels develop strong swimming fundamentals in a one-on-one setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct personalized swim lessons for students of all ages and skill levels, tailoring teaching methods to meet their unique needs.
  • Evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth and improvement.
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment by enforcing pool rules and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with students and parents/guardians regarding progress and goals, fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various strokes, enabling effective lesson planning and instruction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for clear and empathetic interaction with students and parents.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles, ensuring inclusivity and effectiveness.
  • Current lifeguard and CPR certifications preferred, demonstrating a commitment to safety and well-being.
  • Passion for promoting water safety and a love for teaching swimming, driving engagement and motivation in students.
