Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Description: As a Sales Team Lead at Chico's FAS, you will play a key role in promoting a customer-focused sales culture and driving sales performance. Your primary responsibility will be to support Management in achieving brand and performance standards.
- You will be responsible for establishing clear expectations, holding team members accountable, and performing basic operational activities such as opening and closing duties.
- Supervise associates engaged in sales, inventory receipt, and customer services, utilizing weekly schedules to ensure proper floor coverage.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, presenting and displaying merchandise in accordance with company standards.
- Develop a high-performance culture, motivating sales team to meet sales and productivity goals.
