As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Team Leader in all aspects of daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance and special projects.
About This RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to take your leadership skills to the next level and contribute to the success of our store. You will lead and develop Team Members, ensuring a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and Team Members at all times.
Responsibilities- Develops and maintains creative store layouts and product merchandising strategies.
- Works closely with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
- Assists the Team Leader in analyzing sales reports, labor data, and other key performance indicators.
- Supports the Team Leader in preparing annual sales and expense projections, as well as budget preparation.
- Collaborates with the Team Leader to resolve team concerns and issues.
- Serves as the point person and departmental leader in the absence of the Team Leader.
- Maintains high standards of retail execution, fostering a positive environment of teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
- 18+ months of retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and an affinity for our products, core values, and company philosophy.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Ability to teach others in a positive and constructive manner.
- Thorough product knowledge and advanced knowledge of regulatory and safety policies and procedures.
We offer a competitive salary range of $20.05-$35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
