About the Role:

This position involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff performance, and ensuring seamless customer service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Mentor and train staff members to enhance their performance and teamwork;
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and revenue goals;
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics to maintain efficient operations.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in food service management, preferably with experience working in a quick-service or fast-food environment. Additionally, you should possess:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a similar setting;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively;
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED;
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency;
  • A commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming work environment.
