Job Title: Floor Team Lead

L'Ardente is a dynamic dining establishment seeking a skilled Floor Team Lead to oversee the smooth operation of our front-of-house team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of service, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to ensure seamless team coverage.
  • Facilitate team-building activities to enhance camaraderie and morale.
  • Delegate tasks and empower team members to take ownership of their work.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team and other department heads to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor and maintain high levels of productivity among team members.
  • Provide exceptional guest service, addressing requests and concerns with professionalism.
  • Ensure that service standards are consistently met and exceeded.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Restaurant Floor Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus.
