About Your Role
Reporting to the Chief Solutions Officer, the Senior Vice President of Operations will strategize, direct, coordinate, and oversee operational activities within the organization, ensuring the development and implementation of efficient operations and cost-effective systems to meet the organization's current and future needs. What You'll Do
  • Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic vision for the operations division.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and achieve company objectives while providing expertise and guidance on operational projects and systems.
  • Partner with various divisions and departments to fulfill the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement innovative processes, technologies, and systems to enhance and streamline organizational workflows and resource utilization.
  • Ensure departmental decisions and project plans align with the organization's business strategy and vision.
  • Establish, communicate, and enforce operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.
  • Review and approve cost-control reports, cost estimates, and staffing requirements for projects.
  • Establish and manage the operations department's budget.
  • Present periodic performance reports and metrics to senior leadership.
  • Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and trends in operations and systems management.
  • Identify training needs and ensure appropriate training is developed and delivered.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in senior operational leadership roles, ideally within Fintech, Software, or Services.
A proven leader with a track record of building and scaling teams in a high-growth, fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Expertise in process design and software implementation and maintenance at scale.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Jira, Zendesk, Looker, Power BI, and CPQ.
Ability to articulate a clear vision as a leader while demonstrating strategic thinking and tactical execution across the organization.
Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey goals and status updates on company-wide initiatives.
A leader who is analytical and a true data-driven problem solver.
Experience with contracts, procurement, and billing.
Proven ability to manage relationships with executives and business partners.
Working knowledge of Microsoft and Google IT stacks.
Experience with SOC types 1 and 2 and SOX compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Compensation
Compensation for this position includes a base salary, bonus, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is competitive and will be determined based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location. Benefits Include
