Position Overview: As the Vice President of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the demand generation strategy at LiveRamp. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be an integral member of the Marketing Leadership Team, collaborating with senior leaders across various departments to create a powerful demand generation framework that aligns with our ambitious growth objectives.

Location: This role is based in a hybrid work environment, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation Leadership: Spearhead all demand generation initiatives, encompassing paid media, web strategies, SEO, email marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and event management to meet pipeline targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth execution of marketing operations, leveraging data to inform strategic decisions across demand generation activities.
  • Event Management: Design and implement a comprehensive events strategy aimed at enhancing brand visibility and generating demand.
  • Strategic Alignment: Align demand generation efforts with corporate goals to drive measurable growth.
  • Performance Improvement: Continuously optimize marketing tactics to maximize return on investment and achieve defined objectives.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing team specializing in demand generation, ABM, and event operations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a marketing thought leader, fostering collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Innovative Solutions: Introduce creative and effective demand generation strategies to stay ahead in the market.

  • 15+ years of experience in demand generation, with at least 5 years in a senior role within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership with a focus on growth.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Exceptional team management and coaching capabilities.
