  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, along with strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in productivity software, database management, and effective internet search methods.
  • Familiarity with HR Tools: Experience using job boards and HR-specific computer systems effectively.
  • Interviewing Skills: Proven track record of conducting successful interviews through various formats.
  • MUST be familiar with ADP.
  • Certification: HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
