Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate Services team in Manhattan. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent for various positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates for administrative, allied health, professional, and managerial positions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns to fill critical vacancies.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and resources to source qualified candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional associations.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with niche organizations and schools to access a diverse talent pool.
  • Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and diversity metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and/or interviewing in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Effective communication and consultative skills, with the ability to understand the needs and urgency of assigned customer base.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft and SilkRoad Recruiting.
