Senior Relationship Manager - Business Credit

At F.N.B. Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting the Managing Director of Business Credit in overseeing the Business Credit portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading and managing to meet the financial services needs of customers.
  • Review ongoing market research to determine customer needs, volume potential, competitive strategies, etc.
  • Coordinate customer service and sales efforts to attain specific goals and objectives.
  • Achieve profitability goals and impact profitability through the sale of commercial loans, expansion of loan fees, and management of related expenses.
  • Develop resources as appropriate to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate the preparation of periodic and sales reports and forms as required.
  • Support the lending activities by approving or rejecting loans within lending authority, performing tasks to use lending authority, including all appropriate types of credit, while maintaining the bank's credit quality and culture.
  • Assist in loan structuring and related activities.
  • Actively participate in actions designed to support credit quality and the Bank's credit culture.
  • Administer personnel policies and procedures as established by Bank policy.

Requirements:

  • BA or BS degree.
  • 10 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  • Excellent management, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software.
  • MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint skills.
  • MBA preferred.

Special Skills:

  • Proficient in commercial and retail lending and leadership services skills.
  • Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software.
