Your Role

As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in our sales team, establishing and cultivating relationships with clients to deliver innovative advertising solutions. You will work closely with our creative, sales, and marketing teams to develop effective campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage time, travel, and resources to maximize sales calls and meet targets
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective advertising campaigns
  • Partner with Charting, Creative, Operations, and Administrative staff to ensure timely delivery of advertisements
  • Assist in resolving issues related to billing and accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline opportunities using our CRM system
  • Develop and maintain selling skills through regular training and professional development
Requirements
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas within the past two years
  • Strong experience managing customer relationships and driving business growth
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to create and deliver presentations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with selling digital and/or programmatic advertising is a plus
