We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Business Insights Delivery to join our team at Travelers Insurance. As a key member of our Enterprise Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for building and delivering business insights and data visualization tools to support our customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Market Research experts and Enterprise Data & Analytics to design and deploy data assets that address ongoing needs in competitor and distribution intelligence.
  • Lead a small team to stand up data visualization and dashboard capabilities in support of analytics and ECX business partners.
  • Utilize Business Intelligence Platforms such as Qlik and/or MicroStrategy to support data visualization, analytics, and information delivery needs.
  • Serve as primary point-person to internal stakeholders to collect, prioritize, and distill high-level needs into detailed requirements.
  • Focus on delivering value to achieve business partner and internal goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Development experience in Qlik or MicroStrategy is required.
  • Experience overseeing and/or managing a data product.
  • Experience with a variety of Business Intelligence tools (SQL, Python, Snowflake).
  • Previous leadership/management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with management.
