Lead Our Neuro Rehabilitation Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our Neuro Rehabilitation team in Lansing, Michigan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of skilled employees in providing high-quality neuro rehabilitation services to patients with complex needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the delivery of effective rehabilitation programs and services.
  • Direct the development and implementation of internal systems and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with state licensing and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee branch operations to ensure the provision of quality services consistent with applicable laws and corporate policies.
  • Develop and manage the branch annual budget and monitor expenses to ensure compliance with approved budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with the market development team to increase access to our program for patients.
  • Develop and enhance office systems and procedures to ensure effective communication internally and with the corporate office.
  • Review and approve branch policies based on the company's mission, care standards, and business practices.
  • Perform all duties inherent in a managerial role.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed clinician with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Registered Nurse).
  • Minimum of eight years of clinical rehabilitation-related experience, including three years in a healthcare agency management position.
  • Experience in neuro-rehabilitation programs.
  • Expert knowledge of community health, home health care supervision, rehabilitation services, and governmental regulations.
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state.
