Who We Are Seeking:
We are on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance our Quality Engineering team. Your innovative ideas and proactive approach will be essential as we navigate the future of our industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will:

  • Engage with customers to address quality-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Implement corrective actions effectively and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Analyze customer chargebacks for precision and accuracy.
  • Develop and execute root cause analysis methodologies (such as 8D's) and verify long-term corrective measures.
  • Conduct capability assessments on existing products, potentially leading to modifications in specifications or testing frequency.
  • Participate in our internal auditing initiatives.
  • Manage and quarantine questionable products as necessary.
  • Travel to customer sites as required, both proactively and reactively.

What You Bring to the Table:
We require a Bachelor’s degree in chemical, plastic, or a related engineering field, along with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Flexibility in scheduling and a willingness to travel are essential.

We value individuals who can independently solve problems and make informed decisions. Strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings effectively are crucial. Self-motivation and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Bilingual abilities are an added advantage.
