Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect printed circuit boards to ensure quality standards are met, focusing on epoxy curing, and identifying any bubbles or voids.
  • Assist machine operators in the conformal coating process by loading and unloading boards, applying coatings manually where necessary, and managing the flow of boards through UV ovens.
  • Participate in safety initiatives by adhering to safety protocols, reporting concerns, and engaging in scheduled stretch breaks to promote a safe working environment.
  • Take ownership of quality assurance by actively participating in quality improvement efforts and supporting company quality policies.

Qualifications: This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is required. We welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the manufacturing industry.
