Position Summary:

As a Quality Technician, you will enjoy a well-maintained, climate-controlled workspace equipped with all necessary tools to facilitate your success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Implement non-conformance procedures for parts that do not meet specifications.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Department to assist in dimensional evaluations.
  • Support machinists in the setup of inspection equipment.
  • Contribute to the development of quality system documentation.
  • Participate in internal audits.
  • Assist in identifying root causes and implementing corrective/preventative measures.
  • Help maintain calibration of Quality department tools and equipment.
  • Engage with customers regarding quality concerns and manage the return process.

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Effective prioritization and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with standard machining inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, groove gauges, etc.).
  • A minimum of two years of experience in inspection or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of GD&T and experience with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Experience with CALYPSO CMM software.
  • Familiarity with ERP software, preferably IQMS.
  • Two-year technical degree in a related discipline.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Inspector or Technician.
